Spartan homes Inc. started after working for larger custom home builders that wanted to pigeon hole homeowners into a couple of selections and made no allowances or had no tolerance for changes.
After hearing the same complaints over and over about how small changes would have made the world of difference, but the homeowners were not allowed to make such changes.
Spartan Homes decided to open up a true custom home company where your dreams and visions are truly part of your custom home.
You can choose from one of our standard models in any of our series, or we can design a custom home to accommodate your needs. We can also work off of your own plans.

Q: Can you build a plan we found on the internet?
A: Yes, we can build off of any plan. We will need to know the website address and the plan number or house name.
Q: Can we make deviations from your standard building materials?
A: Yes, we can use almost any materials you would like, just keep in mind that most times this will incure and upcharge.
Q: Can we choose materials from anywhere we like?
A: Yes you may, but we have established relationships with suppliers and can probably get you the same or comparable item for the same cost.
Q: Will Spartan Homes allow us to furnish certain materials, such as lighting?
A: Yes. We will need to know in advance what type of fixture(Extra Heavy, Large Etc.) so that we may determine all prior planning of Rough in locations.
Q: How do we know where the phone or cable jacks will be, so that we can plan our funiture?
A: We can either do a plan walk thru marking them or alot of our customers like to come out to the site right before the electrician starts and mark special locations.
